Role Description

This is an on-site role as a Light Duty Cleaner I located in Saskatoon, SK. The Light Duty Cleaner will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in residential and commercial spaces. Your commitment to providing exceptional cleaning services will contribute to the satisfaction of our clients and the overall success of our operations.

Hours of operations

Sundays to Fridays 8:00am - 8:00pm

Compensation and Training

Training Duration: 3 weeks Training Rate: CA$15.75 Post-training Rate: CA$17.00

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Manage time effectively to complete all assigned tasks within designated time-frames. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Good organizational and time management skills Basic understanding of workplace safety and handling of cleaning equipment or supplies. Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting items. A valid driver's license may be required for positions that involve travel between locations. Must have a reliable motor vehicle for transportation. A valid WHMIS Certification is as asset.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $15.75-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
