Life Management Worker

and help individuals take steps toward long-term stability, personal growth, and a better future. In this front-line role, you'll partner with clients to set meaningful goals, navigate complex systems, and access life-changing supports.

What You'll Do

Support clients in developing life goals and personalized case plans Coordinate access to health care, housing, income supports, and legal resources Assist clients in obtaining documentation (ID, health cards, immigration paperwork) Provide one-on-one case management, advocacy, and short-term counseling Contribute to shelter operations and collaborate with internal teams

What You Bring

Experience in shelter, case management, or community support work Knowledge of Toronto's housing, health, and social service systems Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team First Aid certification Fluency in a second language is an asset
