Execute business process transactions, focusing on accuracy and adherence to procedures
Performs complex standard and non-standard processing and quality tasks in support of outsourced services within a specific industry and functional area
Demonstrates knowledge and skills in a variety of assigned work processes
Collaborate with senior analysts and managers
Participate in process improvement projects and data analysis
Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with established standards and procedures
Support senior analysts in analyzing data trends and reporting
May assist in updating and maintaining process documentation
Work with the team to meet performance targets and quality standards
What we are looking for:
Fully bilingual French/English professional speaking and writing skills are mandatory
High school diploma or G.E.D. is mandatory
Life insurance / New Business experience is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to multitask

Work Environment:
Laptop, docking station, monitors, headset will be provided
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm EST. May require shift work
OT may be available according to business needs
