Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate life insurance policy renewals and premium financing with clients and lenders
  • Maintain accurate actuarial models and flow-of-funds documentation
  • Lead client meetings and manage ongoing communications throughout the policy year
  • Handle administrative updates and ensure client records remain current
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years in the insurance industry, preferably life insurance service, client management, or financial coordination roles, ideally within high-net-worth or complex policy environments
  • A higher education degree in business, public administration, actuarial, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products, actuarial modeling, and premium financing
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Highly independent and proactive, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Willingness to work 100% in-office and collaborate across departments; familiarity with underwriting processes at major Canadian carriers is an asset
