  • Consult with Clients Understand their financial needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
  • Drive Sales & Build Relationships Utilize our corporate database and existing client base to expand business opportunities.
  • Manage Policies Assist with applications, renewals, claims, and policy adjustments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide Exceptional Service Stay connected with clients, address concerns, and keep their coverage up to date.
  • Stay Compliant & Informed Keep up with industry regulations and product knowledge to offer the best solutions.
  • Track Your Success Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions for reporting purposes.
What You Bring:
  • Life Insurance License Must be licensed in Alberta (Life & Accident & Sickness)
  • Sales Experience Proven track record in sales, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent Communication Skills Ability to connect, persuade, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Motivation & Results-Driven Mindset A passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Tech-Savviness Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
