How You'll Make an ImpactReport to Director of Business Development.
Help clients protect what matters to them by identifying their insurance needs and advising on products and coverages.
Effectively articulate the value of our products and explain pricing in a simple, empathetic, and professional manner.
Build relationships with clients to stay informed of their ever-changing needs and retain their business.
Support existing clients with questions and updates to their policies.
Accurately document discussions around client needs and sales.
Deliver a TYLF (treat you like family) experience in all interactions with clients and co-workers.
What You Bring to the TableYou have a high school diploma or equivalent (if you have related post-secondary education, even better!).
You're no newbie -- you have at least 1-2 years of experience in the Life and Accident & Sickness industry.
You hold a Life License Qualification Program (LLQP).
You have an active Life and Accident & Sickness license.
Bonus points if you have industry designations, such as CFP and CLU.
