JOB SUMMARY
The role is responsible for the assessment and determination of eligibility for charitable gaming licensing, ensuring compliance with Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis (AGLC) policies. The incumbent will review and process applications for gaming eligibility including, bingo, casinos, raffles, and pull tickets.
As a Licensing Eligibility Analyst, you will conduct full eligibility reviews on both new applicants and currently licensed groups, apply knowledge of relevant policies, monitor and facilitate the donation of gaming proceeds, prepare Requests for Decisions, freeze orders, and attend board hearings as an eligibility expert witness. You will be expected to make informed eligibility reviews, decisions and notify applicants on your own.
