Forest Ford

is looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our growing Service Department.

The Licensed Technician at Forest Ford plays a crucial role in our service department's operations by providing efficient and high-quality vehicle maintenance service. This position involves performing routine lube, oil, and filter services, as well as diagnosing vehicle concerns, performing parts replacements, and recommending required repairs to customers' vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition. Duties such as vehicle inspections, tire installations, tire inspections and repair, accessory installations, light maintenance, light repair, fluid top-ups, Recall work, and PDIs.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Saturdays as required.

Qualifications:

Licensed technician 310S or 310T. Previous experience in a dealership is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive systems. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet service deadlines. Must be able to provide your own basic tools. Communication skills, ability to take direction, and work in a team with others. Eager to continue training with Ford Professional training.
