The Role:

We're looking for a

Refrigeration Technician

who thrives on problem-solving and building trust. You'll help keep our clients' systems running at their best--whether that's a freezer in a busy kitchen, an HVAC unit in a public facility, or a specialty system in a lab. The work matters, but the relationships matter more.

What You'll Do:

Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems Diagnose issues and read schematics like second nature Perform inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happen Work alongside a strong, supportive team to find solutions Keep clear, accurate service records Prioritize safety--because nothing cools a job faster than an unsafe shortcut
What You Bring:

Experience as a Refrigeration Tech (HVAC a bonus) Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Confidence with technical docs and schematics Independence in the field, teamwork in the shop A proactive, people-first attitude
