Responsibilities:

• Source new business by reaching out and following up with potential leads in order to increase sales.
• Conduct buyer and seller meetings in order to identify their requirements, then match them with the right home.
• Remain in contact with leads on a consistent basis to create more sales opportunities.
• Provide top-notch customer service to clients to guarantee their satisfaction and trust, resulting in more sales.
• Stay up to date on local knowledge in order to answer clients\' questions regarding their potential homes and the neighbourhood.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Real Estate license
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Preferable to have a proven track record of sales experience and success
• Must exhibit the ability to effectively manage time and be organized
• Must be able to attend training sessions both in the evening and during the day
• Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Must be technologically savvy
