Responsibilities and Duties
Primary duties include: phone calls, meetings, follow ups, email correspondence and overall management of sales pipeline
Consult with clients to discover their investment goals, and then guide them towards the right investment vehicle to suit their needs
Reply to leads in a timely fashion
Attend team related obligations Be up to date and knowledgeable in the pre-construction, resale, and rental market
Book appointment at the sales center with the client and take client for site visit
Meet monthly business target
Qualifications and Skills
Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent with RECO (License should be transferred to Square Yards or applied for RECO license at the time of Joining)
Ambitious and self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced work environment
Must be willing to work on the weekends
Must be willing to work from the office
Commitment to Excellence, Hard Work, and Perseverance
Must possess strong business acumen
Knowledge of Toronto\'s Real Estate Market and Pre-construction Industry
You must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle and a current valid drivers\' license
