Black Sheep Realty is growing and we are looking for 2-3 agents with the right experience, mindset, and attitude to join our brokerage. Responsibilities

• Day-to-day duties of being a real estate agent, we assume you know what this entails.
• This is an independent contractor position and you will be responsible to run, develop, and grow your own business as a real estate agent in Edmonton and area.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed with RECA and EREB.
• You will need to self-incorporate for your business if you have not done so already.

What experience are we looking for? We are looking for agents with some existing experience who are ready to grow their business and take it to the next level. The ideal candidate has:

• Completed 20-40 transactions (or more!) in their career
• Is currently licensed.
• Is either working in real estate full time, or is working towards being in real estate as a full time job and career.

We do not have "I do real estate on the side" agents. What characteristics are we looking for? MINDSET We are a low commission real estate brokerage, so you need to have the right mindset for this side of the business. You are someone who believes in doing business better, and believes in providing a better solution to home sellers, and ultimately desires to have a positive impact in the real estate business as a whole. We are also a new company, and you have to be willing to grow with us. COACHABLE. Michael Jordan had Phil Jackson, Tom Brady had Bill Belichick, and Eminem had Dr. Dre. The biggest characteristic we look for is coachability. Whatever level you are at in your career, you will be coached and challenged to be the best version of yourself. Our goal is to help YOU build the business that YOU want, whatever that may look like. Whether you want to be a full time agent, make a solid living, be top 10%, top 1%, or the greatest of all time and be a household name - we will help you get there, and you need to be willing to be coached there too. COLLABORATIVE We may be Black Sheep, but there are no Lone Wolves at our company. Although we are not a team and all agents are independent contractors at our designated agency brokerage, we still believe in collaboration. This is a lonesome business and is also incredibly hard to get a real break or vacation from. We\xe2\x80\x99re working to change that. We believe in covering one another\xe2\x80\x99s business for travel, sharing deals, exchanging leads, hosting open houses for eachother, and much more; all with the goal of achieving some level of work life balance in an industry that often has very little. What To Expect? We are not a \xe2\x80\x9cwarm bodies\xe2\x80\x9d real estate brokerage. We do not hire everyone. You can expect a couple interviews, a personality test, and overall vibe check to see if you are the right fit for Black Sheep Realty. The salary range given is an attainable range of gross commission income in any given year. You can expect to pay your own license fees, business costs, signage, etc. We provide some marketing materials, but this is just like being a full time agent at any other brokerage! Real estate is a business that you can take wherever you wish, and incomes well above the ranges given are very attainable in this career. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits:
