Our growing real estate team is seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Realtor to join our team in a small town just 1 hour outside of the GTA. As a member of our team, you\'ll have the opportunity to increase your income potential and lifestyle while enjoying the benefits of a more relaxed and less hectic work environment. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for real estate and a proven track record of success in the industry. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently, and be comfortable with networking and building relationships with clients. You should also be a team player, willing to collaborate and contribute to our team\'s success. Responsibilities:
- Help clients buy and sell homes in the surrounding area
- Educate clients by demonstrating competency and market knowledge
- Network and build relationships with clients and other realtors in the area
- Assist with prospecting initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and real estate news
- Work with our team to create marketing strategies and plans for new listings and open houses
- Attend team meetings and contribute to team-building activities
- Contribute to the team goal while maintaining work-life balance
- Host open houses and showings, providing excellent customer service to potential buyers and their agents
- Work with our team to coordinate all aspects of the sale process, including inspections, appraisals, and negotiations
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in Toronto or surrounding areas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of Emotional Intelligence

- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends & holidays
- Must have a valid real estate license in Ontario
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must have recent Police Check
- Flexible schedule
- Work from home

- Weekend availability

- Cobourg, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Real Estate: 1 year (preferred)
