Sales Leader
to oversee the daily operations and sales performance of a
townhome project in North Vancouver, BC
This role is ideal for a licensed Realtor who brings proven new home sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to professionalism and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead onsite sales operations.
Deliver exceptional service and presentations to buyers and cooperating REALTORS.
Manage sales leads, follow-ups, CRM reporting, and conversion tracking.
Maintain full product knowledge of floorplans, pricing, and features.
Execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions in coordination with the project team.
Ensure all communications, disclosures, and transactions comply with
BCFSA
,
BCREA
, and
REBGV
regulations.
Report directly to the Project Partner.
Qualifications
Active
Real Estate Licence (BC)
-- required.
Minimum
3 years of presale or new home sales experience
.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of presale documentation, deposit structures, and disclosure requirements.
CRM experience (Lasso, Spark, or HubSpot preferred).
Organized, self-motivated, and able to lead by example.
Availability to work weekends and statutory holidays as required.
