Requirements

Must-Haves:

Valid Quebec real estate license Strong communication and client relationship skills 20+ hours/week available for leasing activity Comfortable in a commission-only structure Commitment to long-term career growth in real estate

Nice-to-Haves:

Driver's license and car. Fluency in French. Rental experience (less than 2 years).
