Join our team as a Licensed Real Estate Assistant (Part-Time, Remote/Hybrid)
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to work remotely one weekday per week, with the flexibility to meet in person once a month. Your main focus will be on content creation--think social media, blog posts, and newsletters--with potential to collaborate on sales and earn a negotiable commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule weekly social media posts
Design and send high-quality e-newsletters
Write engaging blog content
Update website content as needed
When needed, assist with CRM management, property prep and valuations, and sales/listing documents via WebForms
Support general admin tasks as required
Arrange property viewings, write and negotiate offers
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed in real estate
Valid driver's license
Confident with real estate documents, forms, and tech tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Design app's like Canva, CapCut, and basic digital marketing tools
Organized, flexible, and professional with a collaborative spirit
