- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Provide market analysis and guidance to clients
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Ensure all real estate transactions are completed in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and property values
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Valid real estate license in Ontario.
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver\'s license
