• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
• Conduct property showings and open houses
• Provide market analysis and guidance to clients
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the industry
• Negotiate offers and contracts
• Ensure all real estate transactions are completed in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest market trends and property values
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:

• Valid real estate license in Ontario.
• Proven track record of successful real estate transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
