The Hauschild Group at Royal LePage is looking to add a real estate agent to join our fast-paced, award-winning team of professionals. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has an in-depth knowledge and overall love and appreciation for real estate in the Ottawa and west-end market. Your role would include working directly with clients, comparative market analyses, arranging and attending home showing appointments, offer writing, negotiating contracts, and other duties as required as a realtor. We would love a team player with experience in preparing and executing real estate transactions, knowledge in various property types, excellent communicator and a problem solver who can maintain composure under pressure. You believe that clients and potential clients deserve nothing less than prompt, professional, and courteous engagement. You are willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary. You are willing to do some data management and prospecting, with team supplied programs. Real estate is ever-changing, so a willingness to learn and adapt to change is ideal! We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual who believes that client care and exceptional customer service is the number one priority. • Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
