Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth \xc2\xb7 Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process \xc2\xb7 Consult with buyer and seller clients to home in their home wants and needs and close the deal \xc2\xb7 Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume \xc2\xb7 Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Qualifications \xc2\xb7 A valid Real Estate License is required for this job \xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies \xc2\xb7 Organized and manages time effectively \xc2\xb7 Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently \xc2\xb7 Past sales experience is preferred Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,557.89-$226,989.77 per year Benefits:
