Position Summary

We are a property development company based in Markham, currently seeking a part-time Condominium Property Manager who holds a valid General Licence issued by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). The successful candidate will help manage several low-rise condominium and townhouse projects.

Key Responsibilities

Must hold a

CMRAO General Licence

with

at least 2 years of relevant experience

In-depth understanding of Ontario's condominium legislation Experience in project coordination, maintenance scheduling, financial oversight, and owner communications Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferred) Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently Retirees and individuals with multi-property management experience are welcome to apply

Qualifications

Coordinate property maintenance and repair services (e.g., cleaning, HVAC, electrical, elevator) Supervise third-party contractors and manage service agreements Assist with fee collection and financial reporting Support communications and issue resolution with unit owners and condo boards Ensure compliance and proper documentation of property operations
