Job Overview:

IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

to provide high-quality nursing care within hospital and healthcare settings across Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and experience delivering safe, effective care while complying with Canadian healthcare standards.


This role plays a vital part in supporting patient well-being, clinical operations, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide

direct patient care

under the supervision of Registered Nurses and physicians Monitor and record

patient vital signs, symptoms, and health conditions

Administer

medications, injections, and treatments

as prescribed Assist with

patient assessments, care plans, and documentation

Support patients with

daily living activities and mobility assistance

Maintain accurate records in

EMR/EHR systems

Follow

infection control, patient safety, and hospital protocols

Communicate effectively with

patients, families, and healthcare teams

Respond promptly to

patient needs and medical emergencies

Ensure compliance with

provincial nursing regulations and healthcare policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Valid

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

in Canada Completion of an

accredited Practical Nursing program

Experience working in

hospital, clinical, or healthcare environments

Strong knowledge of

nursing procedures, patient care, and medical terminology

Proficiency in

EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation

Excellent

communication, teamwork, and time-management skills

Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

acute care, medical-surgical, long-term care, or specialty units

Current

CPR / BLS certification

Familiarity with

Canadian healthcare standards and patient safety practices

Willingness to work

rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
