Fleetwood Pharmacy Remedy's Rx is seeking a compassionate and reliable Nurse to join our growing Medication Administration Program, with a focus on geriatric and diabetic patients in the Surrey, B.C. area.

Permanent Part Time Hours!*
Saturday to Wednesday*
830am-1130am*

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Visiting patients in the community; Nature of work is medication focused, and not personal care( no assisted daily living) Duties would be within the LPN Scope of Practice: Administration of medications where needed Performing patient specific assessments (i.e. Blood glucose monitoring, Blood Pressure monitoring) Documentation of assessment and intervention of behavioural changes in patients

QUALIFICATIONS

Active practicing licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC (CLPNBC) Up to date Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certificate and First Aid

REQUIREMENTS

Driver's License Currently in good standing with CLPNBC Criminal Record Check will be requested upon successful offer
