Your Opportunity:
WestView Continuing Care is a 40 bed Long Term Care and 6 bed Hospice unit. We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join WestView Continuing Care. As a self-directed team member with Continuing Care in the Edmonton zone. The Licensed Practical Nurse works collaboratively with the health care team and has responsibilities, including assessment of needs, delivering appropriate therapeutic nursing interventions within professional practice standards, coordinating resources, establishing goals for client delivery, and evaluating outcomes.
Description:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you are part of an interprofessional health care team utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills. You will be guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skill level and AHS policies and procedures. You will play a key role in providing safe, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.

Required Qualifications:
