Your Opportunity:We have an exciting opportunity in our program for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) within the Alberta Kidney Care - North (AKC-N) program. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Decisions are made in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The LPN provides patient and family centered care to acute and chronic renal failure patient populations. The LPN practices nursing care according to Hemodialysis Nursing Specialty Scope of Practice, regulating body, clinical policies, and nursing standards. This position is based in the Norwood Hemodialysis unit.
