Your Opportunity:Within the Mental health Services Adult Inpatient Program, reporting to the Unit Manager, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is working within their scope of practice to collaborate on the delivery of care to meet the needs of client's. The LPN - Rundle Hose provides activities and care within the full scope of practice as defined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Assessments and monitoring: Performing and contributing to the initial and ongoing nursing assessment of assigned clients. documenting health information from objective/subjective sources to identify client health needs. Collecting, documenting, reporting and monitoring changes in health status using critical judgement skills. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024.
