We are currently seeking an LPN for our

New Westminster and Surrey

area pharmacies.

We are a dynamic company that is expanding throughout the Lower Mainland, and we are looking for a compassionate and committed Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team.

You will be part of a health care team whose primary focus is to optimize medication management to improve patient outcomes. We offer you the opportunity to grow with us and apply your nursing knowledge and skills in a community-based program.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Visiting patients in the community setting (in their homes) Administration of medications (oral dosage forms, injections & application/removal of cream & patches) Performing patient-specific assessments as necessary (Blood Glucose monitoring, Blood Pressure monitoring) Noting changes in behavior status or mood for mental health patients Documentation of all interventions and assessment data Medication Safety and Use Monitoring (monitoring proper application and removal of patches as well as insulin administration techniques) Your role would also entail working with Medical Clinic and General Practitioners

NO assistance with personal care or Activities of Daily Living's

We are looking for LPNs with the following qualities:

A caring and friendly attitude Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills Ability to work as an integral member of a collaborative health care team Driver's License, a company vehicle and any expenses associated with the vehicle would be covered Hindi and Punjabi speaking for Surrey location is an asset Currently in good standing with BCCNM

Salary

:

$30- $31 an hour Depending on Experience
