Required Qualifications:Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Additional Required Qualifications:English language skills, both written and verbal required. Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience on an Acute Care Addiction and Mental Health unit preferred. Computer skills using AHS computer applications/programs would be an asset (e.g. Netcare, Medworxx, Outlook, Connect Care).Please note:All postings close at 23:59 MT of the posting end date indicated.Security Screening:A satisfactory criminal record check and/or Vulnerable Sector Search is required prior to your first day of work.
