We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses for our 200 bed complex care residential facility in downtown Victoria. Flexible options for regular full time and part time rotations. Portability from BC Health Authorities is recognized.The Licensed Practical Nurse promotes the quality of life of people living at Mount St. Mary Hospital by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care for their own assignment within the full scope of practice as determined by the BCCNM current legislative scope of practice and Hospital Policy. Maintains an environment of resident centered care by enabling resident choice, individualized care, resident and family involvement in care decisions. Collaborates with members of the Resident Care Team to provide a service that meets Resident Care Standards.Qualifications include: Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
