Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality client care with our clinic. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. The LPN will play a vital role in ensuring client comfort, and well-being while adhering to all regulatory standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

Administer injections accurately according to Nurse Practitioner orders Document client medical history and symptoms using electronic health records Accuro. Collaborate with the Nurse Practitioners to implement the care plans. Educate clients clinic process and answer any concerns clients may have after starting on the health care plan outlined by the Nurse Practitioner. Participate in case management activities to coordinate comprehensive client care

Experience

A minimum of 5 Years prior experience in nursing is required Experience with community health, or women's health is highly desirable Proficiency in medical terminology and medication administration required Familiarity with the electronic health record system Accuro is advantageous Background in medical office work is a plus Experience with injections or case management will be considered an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.50-$41.00 per hour
