We are currently seeking a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
with a strong interest in medical aesthetics to join our multidisciplinary clinical team.
? What You'll Do
Perform
non-ablative laser and light-based treatments
(e.g., laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, vascular and pigment treatments), as well as RF and ultrasound-based treatments
under physician-approved medical orders and protocols
.
Support and participate in client consultations, including reviewing treatment plans, eligibility, contraindications, informed consent, and providing clear pre- and post-treatment education.
Prepare clients for treatments, assist with procedural flow, and ensure a safe, calm, and professional client experience.
Document accurately and thoroughly in the EMR, including clinical photos, treatment parameters, batch/lot numbers, and treatment notes, escalating any concerns promptly to the RN or physician.
Maintain strict
laser safety and infection-control standards
, ensuring treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Deliver exceptional client care with warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail--particularly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed, including chart updates, treatment reconciliation, and client follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, laser technicians, and clinic coordinators to deliver a consistent five-star client experience.
? What You Bring (Must-Haves)
Current registration with BCCNM as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Strong interest in medical aesthetics, cosmetic laser technology, and skin health.
Professional, friendly, and confident communication style with a genuine enjoyment of client interaction.
Ability to remain calm, polished, and organized under time pressure and competing priorities.
Excellent customer service, observational, and documentation skills.
Comfortable with technology, including EMRs, digital photography, and clinic software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a large multidisciplinary team.
Availability to work
Saturdays
is an asset.

Previous experience in medical aesthetics or laser-based treatments.
Laser Safety certification (or willingness to obtain).
Second language.
Advanced skincare or cosmetic education.
