We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various settings, including senior homes, assisted living facilities, and home care environments. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations, including seniors, and individuals with specialized needs such as dementia. The LPN will play a vital role in supporting patient well-being through comprehensive nursing services and collaborative care.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders and established protocols
Monitor patient vital signs and assess health status regularly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Follow the standard protocol of control medicine/ drug delivery to the designated client in timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control policies

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week
