Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join the HBD team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including community health and Adult care , and possess a strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Care coordinator
- Assist with client assessments and care planning
- Specialize in specialized fields as required
Experience
- Prior experience in community health, Nursing home or care settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current LPN license in good standing
