Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join the HBD team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings, including community health and Adult care .
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to Care coordinator
- Assist with client assessments and care planning
- Specialize in specialized fields as required (TPN) Training provided
Experience
- Prior experience in community health, Nursing home or care settings preferred
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current LPN license in good standing
This position offers the opportunity to work in a home health care environment, providing care to a client in St Martin's. Shifts are 8am-10am & 6:30pm-8:30pm to be shared between multiple caregivers. Mileage is paid.

Pay: From $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 2 - 28 per week
