Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate

Registered Nurses (RNs)

and

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

to join our

Community Care Division

. In this role, you will provide quality client care, perform a variety of nursing tasks within your scope of practice, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes in a home care environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams as required Complete monthly reports for funders Support community health workers to ensure the highest standard of client care

Qualifications & Skills

Current registration with

BCCNM

as an

RN

or

LPN

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficient in medical terminology and clinical documentation Compassionate, client-focused approach to care

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $37.54 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
