Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care of our clinic settings. This role requires a strong foundation in nursing practices, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes. The LPN will work closely with physicians, patients, and families to deliver personalized care tailored to individual needs.

Duties

Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders and established protocols Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions regularly Assist with physician all the times. Document patient care activities using electronic health records Educate patients and families about health management, medication usage, and post-discharge care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management and strategies Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards at all times Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatments in accordance with medical office procedures

Experience

Proficiency in medical terminology and medication is essential Familiarity with electronic health record systems Background in medical office operations. Previous experience with case management enhances the ability to deliver comprehensive patient care Demonstrated ability to handle diverse patient populations including children and elderly patients with complex needs

Pay: $22.04-$41.91 per hour
