Hours:
Looking for casual staff for the weekends and in general. Positions have the possibility to transition into a larger role in the right circumstances.
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Certification
IV Certification
Experience in a clinical setting preferred Excellent communication and patient care skills This is an independent contractor position. We do not provide benefits and you are responsible for tax withholdings, professional liability insurance, and license/certification maintenance.Responsibilities:
Patient Intake and Screening:
Greet patients and provide a warm welcome. Handle patient inquiries and appointment scheduling. Collect patient information and medical history. Assess patients' needs and determine appropriate IV treatments.IV Infusion and Injection:
Start IV infusions for patients, or administer IM/SC injectable therapies. Ensure proper equipment setup with appropriate precautions.Patient Monitoring:
Monitor patients during IV treatments and after injectable treatments. Address any adverse reactions promptly.Post-Care Instructions and Rebooking:
Provide post-treatment care instructions. Assist patients with rebooking future appointments.Sanitization and Safety:
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Properly manage sharps disposal.Job Type: Casual
Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
