Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and assist with various medical procedures. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as laboratory work and specimen collection
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

-Prior experience for tracheostomy care will be an added advantage

Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures, including dosage calculation and safe administration techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals
- Proficient in laboratory procedures, including specimen collection, handling, and processing
- Knowledge of home care practices for providing skilled nursing services in a home setting
- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Strong case management skills to coordinate care plans and resources for patients
