We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team with up to date Immunization Certificate. The successful candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters with excellent organizational and communication skills, strong work ethic and the ability to work well with patients, colleagues and physicians in a busy Clinic. Be able to work as a team.
Taking the patient's vital signs.
Enter the data related to the record of patients in computer systems
Interview patients and examine their medical history
Conduct specimen collection
Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures
Goals include increasing efficiency in the Clinic, improve access for patients, enhancing the patient's primary care experience and improving clinical outcomes and quality of life.
To assist the physician and clinic to use information technology and healthcare knowledge to ensure that patients receive chronic and preventive care.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
