Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in within Innovations Health Clinic. Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities

- Assist with basic procedures, such as skin biopsies and pap smears.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team, specifically our family doctors.

- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients

Qualifications:

- Valid LPN license in Alberta.

- Experience in direct patient care is preferred.

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

- Compassionate and empathetic nature
