Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

One Health is seeking a motivated and compassionate LPN to join our growing team.
About the Role:
As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide high-quality patient care while supporting the smooth and efficient flow of clinic operations. This role requires excellent clinical judgement, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy setting.
Responsibilities:
Provide patient care within the full scope of LPN practice Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with procedures and assessments Administer medications and treatments as directed Perform clinical tasks such as injections, IV's, wound care, and patient education Support patient flow and coordinate with front and back office staff Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration and in good standing with the CLPNA Strong clinical and assessment skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Flexible availability, including some evening and weekends
