Job Opportunity: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

BeGlobal is seeking

Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

on behalf of our long-term care client. This is an excellent opportunity to provide

compassionate, resident-centered care

while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Available Locations & Shifts:

Nelson:

Full-Time RN & LPN (mainly day & evening lines)

Kelowna:

Full-Time LPN (mainly evening & night lines)

Salmon Arm:

Full-Time LPN (mainly evening & night lines)

Duncan:

Full-Time LPN (mainly night lines)

Ladysmith:

Full-Time LPN (day, evening & night lines)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and implement individualized care plans, promoting resident wellness and dignity Administer medications and treatments following BCCNM guidelines Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with families and physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care Provide coaching and guidance to care staff Participate in care planning, orientation, and staff training programs Ensure compliance with policies, emergency procedures, and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program and licensed with BCCNM Valid Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification Experience in long-term care is an asset Proficiency in English and basic computer skills Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lbs
