Reputable South side Medical company, Candidates who are encouraged to apply should be willing to work in a clinic setting and able to multi Task. This is a fast pace envirnment working along physicians and gynecologists. Knowledge of womens health is a must. Candidate should be very comfortable setting up various trays and sending off pathology samples, looking up netcare, and use of healthquest for documenting, Netcare +/_ Connect care is required. This is a full time position.

Administer physician orders and established protocols

Monitor patient vital signs and assess health status regularly Assist with patient care Provide wound care, including dressing changes and wound assessments. Document patient care activities using electronic health records Healthquest Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Perform laboratory specimen collection as needed Educate patients and families about health conditions, medication management, and post-discharge care Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols

Requirements

Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Prior experience for 2 years Experience with women's health issues Knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration, pain management, case management, and laboratory procedures Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Flexibility to adapt to different patient needs across various healthcare environments

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
