Your Opportunity:The Medicine program is a dynamic and fast paced adult acute care program dedicated to best practice in providing patient and family centered care. Care is delivered by an interdisciplinary collaborative care team in accordance with the AHS Values, hospital policies and nursing care standards. Specific Accountabilities: As a member of the collaborative, interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care and practices to full scope as defined by the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Required Qualifications:Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Additional Required Qualifications:Basic computer and email skills required.
