Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our pharmacy team.
Responsibilities
Delivering medications to patients homes in Abbotsford and surrounding area!
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
Valid LPN license Valid Drivers Licence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
Work Location: On the road
