Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time - Maternity Leave Coverage)

Peak Medical Group is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Rheumatology team at our Montgomery clinic in Calgary. This is a maternity leave coverage position, with the opportunity to grow within our organization for the right career-minded individual.

What You'll Do

As part of our dedicated Rheumatology team, you will: Greet patients, answer phones, and manage bookings through our EMR Med Access Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts. Assist physicians with procedures, patient vitals, patient teaching, and room preparation. Provide injections and monitor vaccine fridge temperatures. Stock and order medical supplies. Sterilize medical equipment. Communicate clinic needs with the broader Peak Medical team. Ensure patient confidentiality and provide excellent care and support.

What You Bring

Active LPN license (required). High school diploma or GED; additional post-secondary education an asset. Experience with EMR systems (Telus Health EMR/Wolf preferred). Experience in a Rheumatology clinic is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday-Friday
