We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses who are interested in exploring a Permanent Full-Time opportunity in British Columbia. Our long term care facilities are located on Vancouver Island (Duncan, Ladysmith & Campbell River) as well as the Interior (Nelson, Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Salmon Arm). We offer relocation assistance and 1 - 2 months of temporary housing while you find your own place. In some of our locations, we can help with work visas, LMIA, or BC PNP applications for eligible candidates.

Applicants must register with the BCCN&M (British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwifes) prior to joining our team.

Days, Evenings or Nights (8 or 12 hour shifts available)

Compensation Range:

New nurses start at $32.84 per hour, with higher rates offered to reflect previous nursing experience.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team. Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care. Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.

Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration) Current CPR / First Aide Certification. Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
