Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in plumbing systems, ensuring that installations, repairs, and maintenance are performed to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems. Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or potential problems. Perform HVAC-related tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other tradespeople on job sites to ensure efficient project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding plumbing needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing work. Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately. Ability to lift heavy materials as required for various tasks. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
