Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in plumbing systems, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine layout requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs. Weld pipes as needed for specific installations or repairs. Collaborate with HVAC technicians when necessary to ensure integrated system functionality. Perform basic math calculations to determine material quantities and measurements for projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Ability to read schematics and technical documents accurately. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.39-$40.00 per hour
