Ramsauer Renovations Inc. is expanding and launching a dedicated Plumbing Division to support our fast-growing renovation projects across Ontario. We are looking for a Licensed Plumber (Journeyperson) to take a lead role in establishing, operating, and growing this division.

This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and become the foundational member of a new in-house trade team.

Summary

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Licensed Plumber with strong experience in both rough-in and finished plumbing, a solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code, and the ability to deliver high-quality work that passes inspections on the first attempt.

This role involves working closely with our renovation teams to complete bathroom, kitchen, and basement plumbing systems, as well as standalone plumbing service calls. Fast-paced projects and high standards require someone who is dependable, efficient, and solutions-driven.

Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of residential plumbing, including rough-ins, drainage, venting, water lines, and fixture installations Ensure all work is code-compliant and prepared for municipal inspections Work alongside renovation crews to coordinate plumbing sequencing and timelines Complete plumbing work for bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and full-home renovations Handle service calls such as repairs, leaks, fixture replacements, and drain issues Maintain accurate job notes, communicate effectively with project managers, and provide material lists when needed Represent the Ramsauer Renovations brand with professionalism and customer-focused service Optional: Assist in developing plumbing processes and standards as the division grows

Qualifications

Licensed Plumber (Journeyperson)

in Ontario - required*
Highly knowledgeable in the

Ontario Building Code (plumbing section)

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in residential plumbing Strong skills in both

rough-in

and

finish

plumbing Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work independently Experience working in

fast-paced renovation environments

Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Ability to lift and handle tools, materials, and equipment associated with the trade

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
