Licensed Paralegal
Job Description
Established Paralegal Firm, providing Legal services for Landlord's, seeks experienced Licenced Paralegal to prepare N4,N5,N6, N7, L1,L2,L4 notices and applications and attend hearings.
Paralegal must have experience preparing evidence attending hearings, loading documents into the LTB Portal, preparing files and attending hearings.
Paralegal must have a Minimum 2 year experience.
Must have clear effective communication skills, experience with Excel, Outlook, proficient administration skills.
All work and Hearings are conducted from the office.
